SHIPPING POLICY
Q. How long does shipping take?
-Shipping takes 5-7 BUSINESS days. (10-14 BUSINESS days during high volume times)

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
-Every purchase is a final sale.

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
-Exchanges are acceptable for any damaged product. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email at customerservice @cherry2bomb.com, within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products. You can also return your product with your return card. We do not accept any open products for unsanitary reasons.

Q. My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?
-Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Q. I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?
-Unfortunately, If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted.

Q. What method is used for shipping?
-All packages are shipped USPS ONLY.
​
Q. What happens when my order is returned to sender?
-Once your order is returned to sender, we will contact you via email to the same email address provided at checkout. If you’re requesting for your order to reship, you must purchase a reship fee. If you’d rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost.

-Yes, please see Shipping Policy.

Q. I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
-Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Cherry 2 Bomb.
In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United States.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:
We will gladly accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, within 48 hours, take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to cherry2bombllc@gmail.com explaining what is wrong with the item(s). After we have reviewed the situation, we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) and the processes we take to get your item(s) replaced. In order for us to maintain the quality of our products, we will not accept any returns of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Please Note:
Any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your packing slip is your proof of purchase and it must be presented for ALL discrepancies. This includes, missing and damaged items. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the packing slip, and email those along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved to cherry2bombllc@gmail.com. If the packing slip is not available, we will only issue a store credit for items that were damaged or missing from the order. The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for.
